Strength & Conditioning
In addition to our martial arts classes we provide strength & conditioning sessions on Saturday mornings with our qualified coach Dr Tom Rickaby.
These classes aim to provide you with a foundation in training and are perfect for anybody who wants to become more athletic and learn how to train with safe and effective technique. The sessions are professionally programmed and cover many elements of fitness including coordination, mobility, flexibility, speed, agility, power and strength.
Whether you want to enhance your ability to progress in martial arts or another sport, or are simply interested in becoming fitter and healthier these classes are for you.
