Gym Only 6 am - 11 pm** 18+ - 7 days a week, some times are restricted due to classes taking place.
No unsupervised sparring under this membership.

*Direct Debits need 5-7 working days before the 1st of the month, if you miss the deadline it will commence on the following month. If you do miss the deadline, please contact us and we can send you a payment link via our PayPal POS system.
Gym access is now 6 am - 11 pm** - Gym induction must be completed with one of the TCA coaches before access is granted.
