This class is for ages 5-14 and runs on Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30pm - 6:30pm.
Our instructor Harks Singh Flora will introduce them to elements of Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, boxing and Muay Thai whilst teaching them valuable self-defence skills in a fun, playful lesson. We also include some basic fitness, balance and co-ordination training to keep them on their toes.
This class is a great way for your kids to stay active and make new friends, while also learning self control and discipline.
All coaches are first aid trained and have enhanced DBS checks.
