Combat Fit is our popular high intensity circuits class. We combine bag work, pad work and ground and pound with functional fitness exercises to provide an intense lactate building and stress relieving workout!
No martial arts experience is required, this class truly is for everyone. Whether you’re aiming to lose weight, look better or training for competition... We guarantee you'll have a lot of fun!

Beginner Sessions run on Monday evenings from 7 pm - 8 pm
Advanced Sessions run on Monday evenings from 8:15 pm - 9:15 pm
