Our ladies only boot camps are designed specifically to help women lose weight and gain confidence in their exercise ability. We combine resistance training and high intensity circuit training to provide an effective and fun, fat burning workout.
In addition to two 45 minute sessions per week you will gain all the perks of our standard fitness membership (gym membership plus access to Combat Fit and Strength & Conditioning classes) plus a recipe guide and access to online diet and exercise resources!
