Boxing
Join us every Tuesday evening (7 pm - 8:30 pm) for an energising boxing session designed to boost fitness, strength, and confidence. Whether you’re looking to improve endurance, build lean muscle, or relieve stress, boxing offers a full-body workout that sharpens both mind and body.
Expect a mix of technique, pad work, and conditioning drills in a supportive and motivating environment. Perfect for all levels - come ready to sweat, learn, and unleash your power!

Sparring sessions for advanced students take place on Thursday evenings from 7 pm - 8:30 pm. You must have all the correct equipment and have the green light by the relevant coach to book onto this class.
